Mindfulness Practice Sessions
Saturday mornings 2017:
Feb 18th, April 22nd, May 13th, July 8th
10 – 11.30am
These small, informal gatherings are for anyone who has completed the 8 week course or who has some experience of mindful meditation. An ideal way to support or reconnect with your practice.
Fee: Suggested donation of £10/£5 concessions (all proceeds donated to the Brain Tumour Charity)
Mindfulness Practice Day
Saturday 12th August
9.30 – 1pm
Take time out and immerse yourself in mindfulness practice; sitting, lying down, standing and walking practices will be included in the day along with the opportunity to connect with others who have previously or are currently completing the 8 week course.
