There are a few places available on the Mindfulness for Wellbeing course starting on Monday evenings 7.30 – 9.30pm in Windsor from 22nd February 2016.
The 8 week mindfulness programme is based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) and MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy). The course will provide the opportunity to learn how mindfulness can help enhance wellbeing and, most importantly, to develop skills and tools for managing the stresses and pressures of everyday life.
